After three years of establishing Rayak Hospital by it owners,  a group of its employees , already familiar with social work , agreed on establishing an Employees League that can take care of all issues concerning the employees,  and help solving any  problem that may encounter them  . This league may also organize the relation ship between the General Administration and the Employees.
Among all the hospitals, Rayak was a leader in establishing this league. There was an In-Law adapted by this league to work accordingly, and it matches the in- laws of the hospital in general. 
The founding committee of this league promised to continue serious work to follow up all matters which concern employees.

The Goals of Rayak Hospital Employees League:

• To work on solving all problems that may face employees and negatively affect their performance.
• To help employees get their rights.
• To develop and improve the professional performance of employees both scientifically and technically.
• To activate all kinds of Scientific, Cultural, and Entertaining activities.
• To become familiar with different kinds of Modern Technology.
• To improve Friendship among employees, and cooperation among sections.
• To organize internal, and external cultural seminars with the cooperation of the various societies   and clubs.
• To present employees with financial gifts on various social occasions such as:  Marriage, Death in the family, Sickness, etc, which is financed from the employee’s monthly subscriptions.

(The New employee automatically becomes a member of Rayak Hospital Employees League as soon as he/ she is officially appointed at the hospital)

(Rayak Hospital Employees League ) Administrative  Committee

  The League Administrative Committee constitutes of 13 members who are elected every two years. The committee meets once every month, and whenever necessary. This Administrative Committee also arranges for a periodic meeting with the General Director to discuss every new concerning hospital employees.
The current administrative committee members are now only 10 members because three of them have resigned. The Administrative Committee now constitutes of the following positions:
